Odile had an extensive career at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). She worked in senior positions in various directorates, dealing with macroeconomic analysis and forecasts, labour market and social policy, regional development, and finally public governance issues as Director of the Public Governance and Territorial Development directorate. She was also Head of the Private Office of the Secretary-General. Prior to joining the OECD, Odile worked in the French Ministry of Finance.
 

She holds degrees in economics, business administration, and accounting from Paris University and SciencesPo.
