Terry Scuoler

Terry is Chairman of the Institute of Export and International Trade and Talent Retention Solutions (TRS), an industrialist, and business advisor.
​
From 2010-17 he was the CEO of the Engineering Employers Federation (EEF) representing some 20,000 UK companies at the highest level of government. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Ferranti Technologies.
​
During his tenure at EEF he also, from 2014-17 served as Chairman of the Council of European Employers for the Metal, Manufacturing and Technology Industries representing some 230,000 companies with circa 35 million employees at the top table of the EU in Brussels and member state capitals.
​
He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow (MA in Political Economy) and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
